WITH USPS AS SOON AS THE TRACKING ON YOUR ORDER IS UPDATED TO "DELIVERED" BY THE POSTAL COURIER, IT TRIGGERS AN AUTOMATIC EMAIL FROM UNDR INDUSTRIES LETTING YOU KNOW YOUR PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED.  HOWEVER, SOMETIMES A PARCEL WILL BE MARKED AS DELIVERED BY THE SHIPPING COURIER PREMATURELY. 
IF YOU RECEIVED A DELIVERY NOTICE, ONLY TO FIND YOUR PARCEL IS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN, HERE IS SOME INFORMATION THAT MAY HELP.

IF YOU RECEIVE THIS NOTICE BUT THE PACKAGE IS NOT IN YOUR MAILBOX, IN YOUR APARTMENT OFFICE, OR ON THE DOORSTEP, HERE ARE SOME THINGS TO KNOW, ORGANIZED BY COURIER:
  • USPS DELIVERY VANS HAVE GPS THAT SOMETIMES AUTOMATICALLY UPDATES A SHIPMENT AS "DELIVERED" PREMATURELY. WAIT ANOTHER BUSINESS DAY BECAUSE THE PACKAGE WAS MOST LIKELY MARKED AS DELIVERED ACCIDENTALLY, AND WILL ARRIVE THE FOLLOWING DAY

  • CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. MAKE SURE TO CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE, AND NOT THE USPS HOTLINE (THIS CAN TAKE A LOT OF TIME, AND THEY ONLY TELL YOU WHAT THE TRACKING ALREADY SAYS). ASK THEM WHO DELIVERED THE PARCEL, AND ASK THEM DETAILS ABOUT THAT DAY'S DELIVERY. THEY ARE USED TO THESE TYPES OF QUESTIONS, AND CAN USUALLY PROVIDE HELPFUL INFORMATION

  • IF THE PARCEL DOES NOT SHOW UP (EXTREMELY RARE OCCASION), PLEASE CALL THE LOCAL POST OFFICE AND FILE A CLAIM. UNDR INDUSTRIES CANNOT REIMBURSE ORDERS THAT WERE MISDELIVERED BY THE POST OFFICE OR STOLEN FROM A PROPERTY, THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

    SHIPPING COSTS ARE BASED OF THE CURRENT RATES ADVERTISED BY THE RESPECTIVE POSTED CARRIERS (USPS OR DHL). 

    WE CANNOT GIVE YOU ANY MORE INFORMATION THAN IS PROVIDED BY THE USPS/FEDEX WEBSITE, PHONE NUMBER, OR YOU GOING TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND SPEAKING WITH THE POSTMASTER.

RETURN POLICY

IN THE UNFORTUNATE EVENT YOU NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT, PLEASE READ OUR ENTIRE PROCEDURE SO WE CAN EXPEDITE YOUR RETURN. ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS.

ANY ITEM TAKEN IN FOR RETURN MUST BE BRAND NEW, FACTORY SEALED AND UNUSED. 

RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15 (FIFTEEN) BUSINESS DAYS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER AND CONFIRMED RECEIPT OF ITEM(S). AFTER 15 (FIFTEEN) BUSINESS DAYS NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED IF NEEDED.

YOU'LL BE GIVEN AN RMA NUMBER. IF A RETURN IS SHIPPED BACK TO UNDR INDUSTRIES WITH NO RMA NUMBER, THE PACKAGE MAY BE REFUSED

WHEN EMAILING OR FOR YOUR RMA NUMBER YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION(S).
