Return Policy

In the unfortunate event you need to return a product, please read our entire procedure so we can expedite your return. All returns must meet the following requirements.

Any item taken in for return must be brand new, factory sealed and unused.

Returns must be received within 15 (FIFTEEN) BUSINESS DAYS of placing your order and confirmed receipt of item(s).
After 15 (FIFTEEN) BUSINESS DAYS no refunds will be given, exchanges or store credit will be applied if needed.

Please email us for your RMA number, normally it is simply your order invoice number. Contact Us.

You'll be given an RMA number. If a return is shipped back to UNDR Industries with no RMA number, THE PACKAGE MAY BE REFUSED.

When emailing or for your RMA number you will have the option(s).

1. Exchanging your existing item, for another item.
2. Receiving a refund back to your credit card or Paypal account if applicable, (minus shipping costs).
3. Being issued an online store credit for cost of the item(s) purchased, (minus shipping costs).

A 10-35% Restocking fee may apply on all custom made to order items.

This based off several factors, that include cost of the item, time of the request.

UNDR Industries DOES NOT refund, credit, shipping costs. Shipping costs are are non refundable.

UNDR Industries DOES NOT provide return shipping labels.

Returns take between 5-7 business days for processing and completion.

Refunds take between 2-5 business weeks depending on your bank or cards refund policies.

If you have received a wrong item with your order, please notify us immediately so we can get the order/issue corrected.
