When this all started over 10 years ago, this was nothing more than a way to help ease the financial strain on a E3 pay scale. I didn't have any grandeur of pro teams, or even making jerseys. Hell I made most if not all the first designs on Microsoft Power Point. Shit just slowly happened and as the days unfolded into months and years, I just continued to learn and try to excel a craft I enjoyed but ultimately knew nothing about. Much like the Marine Corps, you're not born to be a great leader, you are taught it by endless mistakes. You try and find the best Squad Leaders, and Non Commissioned Officers and absorb everything possible from them. As they move on, die in combat, take their lives, it is now your responsibility to carry on that leadership, your time to hone your skills and continue your growth in a new position. Learning never ends, you pick things up all the time. You just have to set your pride aside most of the time to understand and adapt them to your life to be better than you were yesterday.
